The markets played an important role in the foundation of big cities. Istanbul has been no exception. Its bazaars have all the character of the old markets. We can find, in them, the essence of its people and its products.
The project "Colors of Turkey" reflects, in a cinematic way, a series of portraits captured spontaneously in the suburbs of Istanbul.
All my prints are limited, are signed, numbered and bear a hologram on the back of each work. Juan Cañete is a professional photographer specializing in Fine Art photography. His projects include travel photography, nature, urban landscape and architecture. Its clients focus on art collectors, multinational companies, architecture studies and graphic media. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His early fascination and appreciation for other cultures led him to travel around much of the world, this experience allowed him to live in many cities in Asia, Africa and Europe. Today he teaches Workshops and Master Classes throughout the country while continuing to develop his personal and commercial photographic projects.
